EXCornsEED is building a strong network with other ongoing funded projects starting from the BIOPEN community and other projects in which the partners are already involved.

Just to make an example, currently Innovation Engineering (INNEN) and CREA: Consiglio per la Ricerca in agricoltura e l’analisi dell’economia agraria are together partners in Databio project, part of the Big Data Value Public-Private Partnership.

The DataBio project focuses on the production of best possible raw materials from agriculture, forestry and fishery for the bioeconomy industry to produce food, energy and biomaterials taking into account responsibility and sustainability.

Recently INNEN and CREA met at the DATABIO meeting, which took place in Darmstadt (Germany) from 11th to 13th June 2019, at the Fraunhofer premises with the other 47 partner lead by INTRASOFT INTERNATIONAL SA. This meeting focused on the DataBio platform overview and on the collection of the results from Pilot Trials achieved so far. A special attention was also dedicated to the business and exploitation plan, carried out by CiaoTech, PNO Consultants.
