EXCornsEED was presented in the International Conference on Renewable Resources & Biorefineries, held in Portugal from September 6th to 8th 2021.

The event brought together delegates from university, industry, governmental an non-governmental organizations and venture capital providers which presented their views on industrial biotechnology, sustainable (green) chemistry and agricultural policy related to the use of renewable raw materials for non-food applications and energy supply.

Enviral, which joined the event and represented EXCornsEED, highlighted the project results and progresses during the presentation ‘Biorefinery side streams valorisation, scenario of traditional biorefinery transformation into the integrated highly sustainable biorefinery‘, which took place on September 7th.
